It’s always a moment when to two iconic brands come together to create more than just magic. Clarks Originals has been producing footwear for nearly 2 centuries from creating the first ever foot-shaped shoe to creating the slipper. More than just creators or footwear brand but are the mere definition of innovators who has developed over 22,000 styles in archive to date. Much like their innovative tactics and influence in the industry they’ve joined hands with another iconic brand that share the same synergy. Japanese streetwear brand A BATHING APE® has had quite the impact for almost 30 years in various segments of the art, music, fashion and entertainment world. So it only seems fit to have such brands come together to present something that both equally have accomplished.

The Clarks Originals x A BATHING APE® range features a limited-edition Wallabee and Desert Boot in the year that marks the 70th anniversary of the original Clarks desert boot, an icon which has remained unchanged since its release in 1950. With original details like the length of stitching to the 220 last that each boot is formed around. While both profiles feature an ultra-comfortable leather lining and dual Clarks x BAPE® branding, the Wallabee features an extra-light outsole with unique “shark tooth” tread and signature BAPE® camo textile on a premium suede vamp, while the Desert Boot has laser printed BAPE artwork – which is different on each foot in a pair - and the signature crepe outsole. And to wrap this iconic collaboration in a pretty bow is to have Manchester City and Enland footballing legend Raheem Sterling rock these styles in their campaign.
